About Mitzi

Mitzi Benavides is a global operator with a over decade of management experience leading cross-functional initiatives, managing teams, and driving business impact across industries. She has worked with some of the world’s most recognized brands, including Meta, ServiceNow, The Honest Company, and TOMS Shoes, where she has helped scale operations, optimize productivity, and build high-performing teams.

A Double Bruin, Mitzi earned her BA with Honors in Economics and Political Science from UCLA and her MBA from UCLA Anderson. She has a deep passion for building strong teams, fostering collaboration, and driving meaningful impact in business.

Outside of work, Mitzi enjoys time outdoors, Barry’s, reading, and traveling. She currently splits her time between London and Los Angeles.
